Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return window

Standard: 30 days from delivery.
EEA/UK withdrawal right: 14 days from delivery.

2. Eligibility and condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The game must be complete and in like-new condition.
  • Packaging must be intact and include all components.

If shrink-wrap is opened:
We can still accept the return in many cases, but we may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to check it, or if it cannot be resold as new. This is especially relevant for EEA/UK withdrawals.

3. Non-returnable cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse, missing components, or heavy wear

4. How to start a return

Email support@questkit.co with:

  • Order number
  • The item you want to return
  • Photos (required if damaged or defective)

We will reply with the return address and instructions.

5. Return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong item / defective on arrival: we cover return shipping or offer replacement/reship

6. Refund timing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we process refunds within 14 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of delivery at [QUESTKIT EMAIL] with photos. We will fix it via replacement, reship, or refund.
