Where we ship

We ship Worldwide where available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

If you are ordering a pre-order or out-of-stock item, the product page will show the expected ship window.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are shown at checkout. Typical ranges:

  • Thailand: Next business day (Bangkok/Greater Bangkok and most upcountry), 2–3 business days for remote areas
  • Asia: 1–3 business days
  • EU/UK: 1–3 business days (sometimes up to 4 depending on city and customs)
  • US/Canada: 2–4 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 2–4 business days

Note:

  • Delivery estimates exclude customs delays and may take longer for remote areas.
  • Exact estimates are shown at checkout based on destination and service level.

Tracking is provided when available.

Duties, VAT, and import taxes

For international orders, your country may charge import duties or VAT. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are paid by the customer on delivery (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship at the customer’s expense or refund the order minus shipping costs.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@questkit.co.
If tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can help.
